Saskatoon is Saskatchewan's largest city, with 266,141 residents in the 2021 Census, according to Statistics Canada. According to TodaysTab's checks on October 31, 2026, we track 131 active venues in Saskatoon and 39 have a current special that meets our rules (confidence of 0.7 or higher, re-checked within 45 days, with a stated day or time). Of those, 19 have a stated happy hour window, and the most common is 2 to 5 PM at 5 venues. The lowest beer price is $3.99 at The Canadian Brewhouse. Eight venues have a happy hour window that starts at 8 PM or later.

Downtown Saskatoon, the city's Central Business District, sits on the river's west bank, and most of these bars are within a few blocks of 2nd Avenue South.

Shelter Brewing Company (255 2nd Ave S) pours rotational 16 oz pints at $7.50 from 3 to 5 PM Sunday to Thursday, with pool nachos at $10 in the same window. Wednesday adds two fish tacos at $12, and Tuesday has four tacos for $10.50. The brewery's website shows it closed Mondays, so we show no Monday happy hour.

What's not on this list

Online listings for Saskatoon happy hour also name Blanco Cantina on Cumberland Avenue, Cactus Club Cafe on Idylwyld Drive, State & Main, Earls Kitchen + Bar and CHOP Steakhouse & Bar. We have no confirmed happy hour window for them, so they are left out. 3 Hall Public House at 612 11th Street East posts a $6 happy hour from 2 to 5 PM on Facebook, but with no days stated, so we did not list it. Blackrose Whiskey Club has half-price whiskey on Wednesdays, but its events calendar gives no time window.
